Anyone know if these runes have stackable effects?

Recovery reduces duration of Dazed & Deep Wound by 20%
Restoration reduces duration of Bleeding & Crippled by 20%
Clarity reduces duration of Blind & Weakness by 20%
Purity reduces duration of Disease & Poison by 20%

If so, I think that the Restoration Rune may be a runner's dream.
